Fixed price, written first
You get a number before design starts, and it does not move unless you change the scope in writing. If we underestimate, that is our problem to absorb — which is a strong incentive to scope carefully.
Fluxis Studio started in 2019 out of frustration with the agency model: three account managers, one junior doing the work, and a bill that reflected the meetings rather than the outcome.
We stayed deliberately small instead. The person who shows you the design is the person who made it.
"Did it work?" Most studios cannot answer that, because they hand off before the answer exists. The site launches, the brand book is delivered, the invoice clears, and whether the business improved is somebody else's problem.
We built Fluxis so that question stays on our desk. That meant keeping engineering, design, video and growth in the same team — not because it is efficient to be broad, but because you cannot iterate on creative in a week if the creative lives at another company.
It also meant getting comfortable turning work down. We say no to projects where the brief is really a symptom of something we cannot fix, and we would rather lose a deal than sell a rebuild to a company whose actual problem is pricing.
Not values on a wall. These change what we do on a Tuesday, and each one has cost us money at least once.

Every week you get a working link, not a percentage. It is harder for us and it catches disagreements in week two instead of week six, when they are still cheap to fix.
Repository, design sources, editable video projects, ad accounts, domains. No proprietary CMS, no hosting lock-in, no licence that expires if you stop paying us.
If a cheaper fix gets you eighty percent of the result, we will say so in the first call. We have lost several large projects this way and gained more referrals than we lost revenue.
No account layer. One of these four leads your project and stays on it from the first call to the handover.
Founder · Design lead
Fifteen years in brand and product design. Obsessive about type and about logos that still work at favicon size.
Engineering lead
Next.js, React Native and a low tolerance for slow pages. Runs our accessibility and performance reviews before anything ships.
Motion · Video lead
Came from broadcast editing. Built the hook map that every short-form edit we deliver is cut against.
Growth · Automation lead
Ex-in-house growth. Writes the monthly reports himself, in sentences, and will tell you when to stop spending.
Every studio page tells you what it is great at. Here is the other list, so you can disqualify us in two minutes instead of three calls.
If two or more of those apply, tell us anyway. We keep a short list of studios we trust and will happily point you at one.
The first call is free, 45 minutes, and ends with a written note on what we would do first. No deck, no pitch theatre.
