The short version: we collect the minimum needed to reply to you and run the site, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are
Fluxis Studio is an independent design and development studio. For data protection purposes we are the data controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@fluxisstudio.com.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your company, budget, timeline and project. We only ask for what helps us give you a useful answer.
Basic analytics. We collect aggregated, privacy-respecting statistics about which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. This does not identify you individually and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
A single preference. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
What we do not collect
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We do not buy, sell, rent or trade personal data.
- We do not add enquiries to a marketing list without you asking.
- We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we process it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver and administer the project. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and legitimate interest or contractual necessity once a project is underway.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the period our tax and accounting obligations require, typically seven years for invoices.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to operate — our email provider, form handler, hosting provider and accounting software. Each is bound by its own data processing terms and may only use the data to provide the service to us. We will never hand your information to anyone for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold on you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent at any time.
Email hello@fluxisstudio.com and we will action it within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect an ongoing project.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to the team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
Third-party links
This site links to external services such as social platforms. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies, not ours.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly by email.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can fix it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
